About this apartment rental
This charming and modern apartmant is about 28square meters large, equiped with everything you need for your vacation. The apartmant is on agreatlocation - in centar of Privlaka, within 200metres nearest sandy beach.
It's situated onthe first floor in apartment building with 6 square meters large balcony. It can accomodate 2+2guests.Living room area is devided in sleeping area with double bed and areawith double sofa bed.
Apartment features one bathroom with toilette and shower,and small kitchenette.
A/C, WiFi, TV and other great features are free to use to all guests of this apartment. Kitchenette features a small fridge, 2 hot plates, sink, water kettleand dishes.
We also offer you a free parking spot all day long, because you wont even need the car - Nearest sandy beach is 200m away!
The town of Zadar is about 15min of car ride away, and it is one of the most beautiful cities in the Adriatic coast. The National park of Paklenica is an 1,5 hour away, as is the national park of Krka- and I higly reccomend you visit. We arelooking forward to your visit!

CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM.
- For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets every 7 days.
- Pets are not allowed!
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectfull of this!
- No parties, loud music or friends coming over from other apartments in the area.
Privlaka, a village on the southeast coast of Privlaka Bay opposite the island of Vir, 7 km northwest of Nin. Northwest of the village is a spacious sandy beach with a grove. It is on the regional road Zadar-Nin-island Vir. Embraced on all three sides by crystal sand and God-given beaches, the most important link is between the oldest Croatian royal city of Nin in the northeast, and the island of Vir in the west. Clean air and healing black mud make this location attractive to people with health problems such as asthma, rheumatism, arthritis, etc. Even in the hottest summers, light wind alleviates high temperatures, reduces heat, which benefits children and the elderly. Apart from the sandy beaches, Sabunike is also known for its long sunsets, and in September and October it becomes a paradise for surfers. Apart from Bol on Brač, Sabunike is the most famous surfing destination due to the favorable wind from Velebit.

Flat (which is a studio, no separate bedroom) is well situated in the center, just above the bakery and local shop, next to the main road. It’s nice to have a fresh bread in the morning but it also means that there is quite a lot of noise as from 5am. It was advertised as located 150m from the beach but in reality, it’s about 400m from the sea (and about 700m from real beach - beach Loznica). Not very confortable if you have a paddle board you have to drag to the beach every day, it was a disapointment to us, we have chosen this accomodation precisely because it was advertised 150m from the beach. The owner is very nice and helpful, so is the travel agency that advertises the studio on Airbnb (Authentic Holiday Croatia).

Wspaniałe wakacje. Bardzo czysty apartament, nowocześnie umeblowany, z klimatyzacją. Doskonała lokalizacja, plaża Mostina ok 200 m, na dole sklep i piekarnia, na przepiękna piaszczystą plaże w nińskiej lagunie parę kilometrów, do Zadaru może z 15 km. Komunikacja z gospodarzem perfekcyjna. Jeżeli pojawił się jakiś problem, wystarczył telefon do Mihaeli i problemu już nie było. Profesjonalna opieka. Mihaela jest bardzo miłą i w pełni pomocną osobą. Polecam to miejsce na wakcje, na pewno nie był to mój ostatni pobyt w tym miejscu.
