Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, bright, recently renovated, and located in the city center. The location is excellent – most places are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, plates, cups, glasses, frying pan, pot, and all the necessary cutlery. The apartment also has a large double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and two sofas. There is a clothes drying rack, iron, and towels provided. All photos accurately reflect the apartment.

The only downside was the noise. It can be quite loud, especially when the windows are open, although having several windows is actually a nice feature. However, Catania is generally a lively and noisy city, and I quickly got used to it and barely noticed it after a while. Although the renovation is fairly recent, I could still feel that the building itself is old. There was a slight musty smell, so during the first night I slept with the bedroom windows open. Since all windows have security bars, I felt comfortable doing so. After that, I usually kept only the bathroom and kitchen windows open, which solved the issue.
