Newly refurbushed. All mod cons and finish. Great location halfway between old town and the strip walking distance to both. Convenience store and great pub literrally across the road. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Some nice restaurants within a 10 minute radius. Communication with renters was excellent. Great outdoor space for dining and sitting out in the shade. Two lovely balconies for catching the sun.
Large backyard area was mostly unused but could easily accomodate a pool. Would really put the final touch to this property.

Die Lage ist top: sehr schöner Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants alles vor der Tür. Küche super ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Kapselmaschine, Toaster, Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Liegen zum mitnehmen an den Strand.

Short walk to a very nice beach. The host was great all the way through from beginning until checkout. The place has been recently remodeled and was spotless. Nothing negative at all to say... we loved it!
Really nothing we didn't like. Spacious, secure, clean, close to the beach. One thing that would be nice, but not necessary, would be to have some umbrellas for use on the beaches... that would be an extra nice touch - otherwise it was perfect!
