It was beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious. Loved everything about it and I would definitely rent again. The view from the balcony is amazing especially at night. They also have an umbrella and chairs for you to use if necessary for the beach. Beautiful interior decorations and comfortable beds. They also have washing/dryer if you need to use it. It’s located in a great place and Walmart is just 5 minutes away for all your needs. Overall great place!

The building was originally built to be a strictly residential building. it’s now being used as residential, hotel, and Airbnb. That being said there is no service elevator for the staff. in the mornings when service is being done it can take 10 minutes for the elevator just to get up to where I was (3rd highest floor). There is still the view to enjoy and you can see the Hard Rock as well. So bring your coffee and your patience. To the management team I would recommend during service hours to designate one elevator only to the staff. it should reduce wait time for the guest. this is my only minor complaint and to me personally not enough to bring the rating down. it’s just one improvement that should be looked in to.

Location

The room was very dirty throughout. Found hair all over the comforter on the bed and took pictures of roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. The first morning I was forced to take a cold shower because of no hot water, I reported to the front desk and by time I arrived later that evening after working it was fixed. When I pulled up to the V.I.P parking I was told that I would have to pay the daily rate but then I was required to pay $150.00 in cash to the attendant because of the size of my vehicle….I requested A receipt for the charges and he asked for my email and he would send it to me and it never came… it was a very strange experience. I spent had to spend a minimum of 15 mins each morning trying to locate someone to bring me my vehicle and was given every excuse under the sun as to why no one was available. The second evening of my stay I went down to get my vehicle to go to dinner and there was an altercation between the parking attendant and 2 customers and 5 security guards it took 30 mins before there was any attempt to acknowledge There were others trying to leave or attempt to get our vehicles. This at what was supposed to be a luxury property.
