Wzystko co było ujęte w ofercie było rzeczywiście do wykorzystania. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dla osób, które się przmieszczają - łatwy wjazd z drogi S i łatwy wyjazd na drogę S

Mieszkanie w nowym budownictwie z miejscami parkingowymi. Apartament był czysty, niczego w nim nie brakowało. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Mieszkanie ma mały ogródek, który był kiepsko zagospodarowany i zapuszczony. Tylko jeden sprawny leżak (drugi zepsuty). Szkoda, że nie było tam wygodniejszych mebli do siedzenia. Taki ogródek to skarb w bloku, a tu nie bardzo chciało się w nim siedzieć.
