Great location in the centre of Megeve. Nearby restaurants and a few steps from the ski lift.

The closet gets on the way to get up from bed, so you need to get over the bed to get up. Whie it’s clearly stated that there is no wifi, it could probably benefit from having internet in the apartment given there’s not TV either and everything works either way internet.

Location is very central.

- Needed to pay 700 euros for security deposit - wasn’t aware when booking. The money was sent separately from (not booking.com)another platform. It’s a hassle and also additional worry that we won’t get the money back. - No one is there to assist despite emails asking your arrival time and stating “our concierge will welcome you at the accommodation until 9pm”- it’s like an airbnb. Lady on phone was nice but only speak French. - Wellkeys kept emailing us for deposit, check in info, check out info, and the deposit platform kept emailing us to ask us to take photos at the check in. Very annoying and time consuming. -Bedroom heater makes random noises at night, had to turn it colder to keep the noises away. Bring ear plugs. -Shower water draining is slow, abit of flooding. - Dishes and cutlery were not clean for use. - Dishwashing detergent and dishwashing tablets were not provided. - Parking instructions not provided- and parking at the nearby casino was very expensive. - No wifi. - Main building door was very hard to open - had to pull it aggressively.

Eravamo in 4 un po’ stretti

The flat is in a brilliant location, 2 mins from the ski lift, right in the centre next to all the restaurants and bars. The flat is really cute as well, and has all the amenities you need for cooking. It's easy to find.

It's got very little space, great for 2 people, but becomes tight if you have more. We only got 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 nights, and when asked, the agency said they only provide the starter kit. There was also no liquid for washing dishes (although there was a couple of dishwasher tablets). Of course for an apartment you buy your own supplies, but you do expect some basic things to be there in enough quantity. Otherwise everything was great.
