Da Placida Al Mare - Luxury B&B Soverato

We loved the location, close to the beach and restaurants yet quiet at night to ensure a good night sleep.

I found the apartment confusing. We had a lovely room with a private balcony where we could enjoy a coffee or wine. The communal kitchen was small. Unfortunately you share the apartment with the occupants of a second (smaller) room. This does not work if one couple is up early and wants to make coffee, as in my case, and are growled at by an occupant in the other room (not realizing they woke us up as they stumbled into their room at 0130). After the first morning ( of 5 ) I did not feel comfortable preparing my morning coffee and tea (but tried to do it quickly and quietly).

Good location, nice room. It is in fact an apartment which was turned into a B&B with 2 rooms. There is a generous balcony.

L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione vicino al centro e alle spiaggie. Check in e out in autonomia. La camera ha l'aria condizionata, camera e bagno sono ristrutturati e molto belli La colazione è in un bar associato sotto l'appartamento, ci siamo trovati bene.

La camera assegnata era piccolissima e senza balcone. Per una settimana può andare ma di più sarebbe stato opprimente. La cosa peggiore è che l'appartamento non è singolo, ma ha un anche un'altra camera con bagno che viene affittata indipendentemente. In questo modo ci siamo trovati in due coppie a condividere l'appartamento, che è già piccolo: cucina e terrazzo sono in comune e se si vuole cucinare ci si sta a mala pena in uno. Inoltre le pareti sono abbastanza sottili e non c'è privacy. Se l'appartamento è in condivisione va specificato da subito!
