*NO PARTIES ALLOWED! This residence is located within a quiet waterfront community and quiet hours are 9:00pm-6:00am.
* Please do not remove ANY of the amenities and/or furnishings from the premises.
*Late Check Out Fee of $20/hour over 11:00am checkout time.
*UN-Authorized Pet Fee of $500/ pet
* $20/ person for any extra guests not declared in original booking. No more than a Max occupancy of 10 including any visitors at ANY time
* Exterior recordings devices are on and/or may be recording; Do not remove or alter in any way
* Any violation of House Rules can result in IMMEDIATE booking termination & NO REFUNDS
