A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ years old, and also staying at the condo.
- No Smoking/Vaping
- No Pets
- No Parties, Unauthorized Guests, or Events
- Wristbands must always be worn when onsite. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon departure.

The condo was clean and provided all that we needed for meal prep and other necessities. Location was very good ,close to the beach,food shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfy. We would stay again!

The resort is so convenient! We never even had to leave the resort except to walk right across the street the the beach. Beautiful condo, great view of the ocean! Will stay again!!
