About this house rental
Bay Haven is a spacious house and perfect for families and large gatherings. It sits on the corner of Wickham and Second Street in Sodus Point.The house is a short walk to the beach and lake. Local restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops are also a short walk from the house. We have a 2 car garage with beach chairs, wagons, and coolers for you to use. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The kitchen is fully stocked with every amenity required to cook delicious meals. We have a basketball hoop, cornhole, and washers. We also offer beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. The property has a natural gas 6 burner grill available for use as well, plus a refrigerator in the garage to store the additional food and beverages. The property is situated in such a way that you get to enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets you will ever see in your life. We welcome you to come and enjoy our home. We also have a small arcade for the kids to play video games.

Great house in a great location! Loved that everything was walkable. Matt was very responsive and helpful and there were tons of great amenities/toys/beach supplies for families! We will be back!

Perfect location and amenities. Clean, well maintained with plenty of places to hangout indoors or outside. Everything you need for the beach is there (towels, beach chairs and umbrellas). It really is a beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful week with our kids and grandbabies.

This home is perfect for families and guests of all ages. The location is absolutely perfect and the garage is stocked with all the beach supplies you need for a fantastic time. Matt ensures the check in process is seamless and is available for any questions of concerns. He also does a great job of suggesting fun local activities and spots to visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is our second year and we will keep coming back.

Super house, plenty of room for everyone. Great communications. House well supplied -has everything you could possibly need. Squeaky clean! Walking distance to restaurants. Bay on one side /beach on other!!
