About this house rental
Relax with family and friends at this lake front home located in an upscale private neighborhood. Unwind and enjoy the tranquil water view and peaceful surroundings from the large outdoor porch. The secluded cove provides time for fun in the sun while swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking or laying out. The space
The 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house provides space for multiple families to spread out and create fun memories. The main living area includes an open kitchen with a large dining table to entertain and extra barstool seating at the counter. The kitchen opens up to an inviting and comfortable living room where the family can gather to watch their favorite shows or sporting events.
A sliding glass door off of the main living area brings you to the large outdoor porch with additional dining and seating areas.
The master bedroom with king bed is located on the main floor with access to a private porch overlooking a secluded wooded landscape. A large master bath includes a shower/bathtub and connection to the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one king bed and one queen and a large shared bathroom.
The large basement provides extra space to entertain and lots of room for kids to spread out and enjoy. The bedroom includes a queen bed, twin and bunk bed. In the living area you will find a futon for extra sleeping space if needed. Have fun with the foosball table and gaming center which includes an Xbox game system. A ping pong table can be found in the garage.
The boat dock provides even more dining and relaxing options. Use the lounge chairs to enjoy the sun, and the six person dining area to enjoy in the shade. Nice place! Bedrooms are separated nicely - master on main floor, bunk room in basement with nice size living space, and 2 good size rooms upstairs. Neighborhood very quiet. Communication with owner was very easy - quick responses. Hiking in Angler’s Park in Danville (30 minutes away) was great.

We truly loved our experience on the lake. This house was great for us as a family with a fantastic boathouse, great games, and a beautiful deck that made our stay perfect.

Our party of 10 included family and friends. Lots of positive remarks were made about the property throughout our stay . The house and boat house had all the right amenities to induce a relaxing lake vibe. This property is in a premium location, nestled in the back of a quite cove. Great spot to enjoy the lake without boat traffic and onlookers!

Great location and great property with lots to do and room for all. Great for multi family with teens as great separate space for them in the walk out basement. Plenty of room for groceries and easy cooking. Both regular coffee pot and Keurig made it easy in the morning. Pontoon boat was great and easy to maneuver. Great choice.
