Begin your family lake adventure at this inviting Harrison vacation getaway! Situated near Lake George, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath cabin offers a spacious yard to soak in the peaceful surroundings, an outdoor dining area for relaxing evenings, and a cozy interior to unwind. It may be the beautiful views, ease of access to the lake and boat launch, or spacious yard that gives this peaceful retreat it's calming presence, but it's the stress free state of mind that keeps you coming back year after year.
Snow Snake ski/ golf course is only 10 mins away. We are 30 mins from Houghton Lake (North) and Mount Pleasant/Midland (South).
We have enough parking for 6 vehicles in the paved driveway.
WIFI is included. Livingroom and 1st Bedroom have Smart TV's. House is completely furnished (including linens/towels). We provide dishes, appliances, toaster, coffee pot etc.

We had a wonderful time. Grass could have been cut and the cleaning fee was way overpriced. We had to clean a bathroom shower before we used it.I was happy though with the communications with the owners.

We picked this location based on the promise of being a short walk to the lake and I messaged the host asking if it was a good lake for swimming. We walked over to the public access and it was maybe 6 feet wide, weedy, in between private properties. We ended up driving to Wilson State Park about 20 mins away the 2 full days we were here, because the reason we'd chosen it was lake accessibility. So that was disappointing, feeling like the listing was misleading.
The cabin itself had plenty of space, handy kitchen items, and worked well for our group. The 4 kids took the upstairs rooms, which really need AC window units as there was a 20 degree difference up there versus the main floor. The stairs seem a little unsafe, and we had to push a nail back in. The whole cabin was pretty clean, the fire pit was nice, and the grill was handy. Overall we had a great time.

BBQ out of propane!!Long grass around bond fireAnt hills everywhere on concrete outsideWe assumed it was handicap friendly, due to handicap bar by one toilet.Wished the description stated which floor the bedrooms were on. The pics a bit misleading.Was our family first VRBO experience. Own our expectations may have been too high.
