About this house rental
My house is closed to the Oceanside Pier, beach, and I-5. You can walk Oceanside downtown/pier enjoying sunset, 1 mile to the beach. Also only 6 minutes to Camp Pendleton!
Tennis & basketball court, park, restaurants, supermarket, shopping, casino ...etc...all are within walking distance.
Guests can access the fastest high-speed internet up to 940 Mbps.
Enjoy playing ping pong- table tennis, and UFC-kick boxing bag.
Resort-style living with backyard patio bbq, fireplace table, exotic fruit trees... Incredible kitchen. A nice backyard with a fire pit, ping pong table, fruit tress...etc...that leads to serene views for fun.

We had a great time. House is top of the line with all modern amenities and was super clean. The area is not great but we felt very safe and secure in the house and parking our car on the street. Literally a 3 minute drive to downtown Oceanside and beach make it worth it. Although the VRBO ad states that you have the entire house, this is not true. We shared the bathrooms (there are 2) with 3 other guest who were already renting the property so you do not "have the house to yourself and those in your party". So do be aware of this when renting, but overall we got along great with the other guests, and for the price, it was well worth it for the 7 days we spent there.
