About this apartment rental
Spacious apartment situated in urbanization El Campanario, just 10 minutes drive west of famous Puerto Banus. Secured complex features tropical gardens with waterfalls and three swimming pools areas with sun beds. Beautifully decorated top floor apartment features elegant living room with comfortable sofa and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two complete bathrooms. The lounge and master bedroom lead onto the spacious west-facing terrace for afternoon sun. The terrace offers panoramic views and its perfect for al-fresco dining.
The apartment equipped with central air conditioning system (heat/cold), high speed WiFi, international TV channels. Secured parking just outside of the apartment.
Just across the road situated El Campanario Golf & Country Clubhouse where you can enjoy 9-hole golf course, tennis and paddle-tennis courts, as well as SPA, indoor heated pool and gymnasium (all services at a fee). The Club also offers yoga classes, massages and children’s activities during main holidays.
Within 10 minutes walking distance there is commercial centre Diana Park with few restaurants, bars, shops, public transport and supermarket (opens 7 days a week). Two larger supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive.
The nearest beach (by the Marriott resort) can be accessed either by walking down the main road (approx 25 mins walk or 5 mins by car). The car is essential to fully enjoy the area.

A nice size apartment, spacious and clean.
Some of the pans were not compatible with the induction hob.
Not an issue with the accommodation itself, but the pools could do with more regurlar cleaning and the water features running through the gardens were all dried up, so bare concrete waterfalls and streams and occasional ponds with barely any water in them with fountains circulating the same dirty brown lifeless water.
