Situated in the village of Brynteg on the isle of Anglesey, this charming cottage provides you with a delightful pet friendly seaside retreat.. Ground Floor:
Living room: Smart TV, Woodburner
Kitchen/dining room: (1 Step), Electric Cooker, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Patio Doors Leading To Patio
Bedroom 1: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Smart TV
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: Galleried, Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. . Enclosed patio with garden furniture. 2 small dogs welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no children under the age of 5 years old. Please Note: Due to stairs leading to the mezzanine bedroom, upstairs sleeping is not suitable for those with restricted mobility.. Couples, families and dogs alike will enjoy a fun and relaxing break just a few miles from the beach.
The welcoming living room on the ground floor boasts a feature stone fireplace with wood burning stove and comfy sofas, creating a cosy and relaxing place to unwind. Wander through to the extremely well-equipped kitchen/dining room where you will find an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to cook up an evening meal or hearty Welsh breakfast. From here doors open out onto a sunny, and privately enclosed patio area with seating. A family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over, toilet, basin and heated towel rail, along with twin bedroom with Smart TV can also be found on this level. Head on up to the master bedroom with its exposed beams and a stunning mezzanine glass balcony overlooking the living room to enjoy a great night’s sleep in a double bed with quality mattress and bedding.
Take a stroll into the village where you will find a local pub, beautiful golf course and Indian restaurant. The small town of Benllech is just 2.6 miles away where you will find a wider range of shops, pubs, restaurants and their beach which has been awarded the blue flag for its clear waters and long stretches of sand, making it perfect for families. There are designated areas for dogs during the summer. Anglesey is also famed for its spectacular coastal paths, 127 miles in total, so you won’t be short of local walks where you can stop for a bite to eat, or simply sit and look out for the local seals on a sunny day.
