Pordoi H10 - with SAUNA

The apartment is very spacious and equipped well. It is in a great location for religious jews, just a short walk from the Kosher Hotel, the river and the center of town. We loved the fact that it had a proper dining and living area, a great apartment for a family. Even though it is a semi-basement apartment, the lighting is good, and there are plenty of windows.

The mattresses of the bed are mediocre, but the room is really large and furnished well. For some reason, I couldn't get all of the burners on the stovetop to all work at the same time. Maximum 2 burners at once. Also, when using both the stove with the exhaust hood and the washing machine, the electricity fell.

The apartment is super nice, modern and clean. Planty of space for 5 people. Great location too. As a team of paragliding pilots it was important for us to stay close to Col Rodella cable lift. The owner is very friendly, kind and helpful.

أنها في قبو ، والدرج كان متسخ مما سبب في روائح كريهة تصل لداخل الشقة طلبنا التنظيف وعدونا خيرًا ولم يتم شيء .

Appartamento pulito, e comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone, vicino sia a Canazei (pochi minuti a piedi) che al centro di Alba .....sicuramente in una futura vacanza in Val di Fassa prenoterò al Pordoi h10

La struttura è praticamente un semicantiere il portone non si chiude i pianerottoli sono non sporchi ma luridi se piove dal muro entra molta acqua, l’appartamento è praticamente un seminterrato quindi finestre chiuse sennò entrano in casa. Scatole di derivazione aperte con fili scoperti nel nostro pianerottolo il sig. Carmelo molto bravo solo a parole, poi quando fai presente quello Che non va , è lo inviti a vedere di persona dice che non si trova in logo. Per la carta igienica 🧻 ci siamo dovuti organizzare in autonomia perché in 5 persone per 4 giorni ne ha lasciato un rotolo. Quello scritto non è frutto di immaginazione ma Tutto documentato con foto, e chat con il prioritario. Se fosse stato più onesto ci avrebbe detto subito che in quel Condominio ci sono problemi ed i condomini non riescono a mettersi d’accordo.quindi i lavori non si fanno. O si faranno forse 🤔 anche questo è documentato in una chat con il proprietario. Un consiglio informatevi bene. L’appartamento in effetti è stato rimesso a posto da circa un anno ma i problemi strutturali di pulizia e sicurezza condominiali sono più che un disastro. Noi non ci siamo Sentiti tranquilli.

La pulizia della parti Comuni e i problemi di sicurezza ed il fatto che quando piove, entra acqua
