A fully-equipped, spacious house, our family had a great time. Kitchen ist very practical, two If the three are en-suite rooms plus an extra common bathroom. A great plus is the washing machine and an open service area behind the house.
The areas is safe, a walking distance to shops, restaurants and a pharmacy.
Ponta Negra Beach can be easily reached within 15 minutes of car or UBER ride, Cotovelo Beach within 25-30 min.
Even a generous late check-out was possible.
We all had a great time!
We only had minor problem with one air-con which was quickly dealt with. Senhora Marilia is taking good care of her guests.
