Very clean and modern. Facilities are new and complete, including bean coffee and grinder. Great location, walkable to most all TC restaurants, cafes, and shops.
The only negative was the ventilation fan that created a mild howling sound and the control for it was non-intuitive.

Great location and value. Nicely appointed condo. Perfect for weekend getaway. Convenient to downtown.
I probably just overlooked it but just be clear that overnight parking in offsite. Once we discovered this, we did locate the parking, no issue.
