Beach Club #206A

The property was great! It looked like everything in the condo was brand new! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! I have a 13 and 9 year old and they said it was the best place we have stayed!

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the out door pool and hot tub. The water was FREEZING and we were under the impression the outdoor pool was heated along with the indoor. The definitely was not a big deal since we had the indoor though.

Was quiet, nice view, well stocked. Linens were clean. Ice maker was a nice touch. We enjoyed easy access to the pools and beach. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice as well.

It was pouring rain upon arrival and we didn't have a description that our condo was in a separate building around back. The man at the front sent us pushing 3 carts of heavily loaded carts across uneven brick uphill all the way around the back to the wrong side of the property. He had to open the pool gates in the middle to allow us to push those carts through to the correct side. In the rain! Once we finally arrived at our door my code did not work and I paid for an early check-in and it was already an hour past that time. We waited outside our room for another 15 minutes to get the correct code to get inside. We found out 2 days later we could have driven to the back to unload. We didn't have a floor plan showing us the location of the building in the back before arrival. The hurricane sliding doors were VERY difficult to open, the track needed cleaning. The jets in the jacuzzi tub were caked in back mold and not clean. We had an infestation of termites swarm the 2nd night we were there in the hallway and 1st bedroom. And the only lamp in the livingroom the light bulb was blown. Overall cleanliness of the place was very lacking. Dust on everything. Toilets were clean, sinks and counters and tables were clean, fridge and microwave had been cleaned so the main surfaces had been cleaned but dust was on all the ledges of the hallway, light fixtures window sills etc. And the grills out on the balcony were disgustingly filthy and not been cleaned. There was sand all over the balcony as well which kept getting tracked inside. I finally found a small cheap broom to sweep up the floors but the dust pan was missing the rubber edge and it wouldn't work. I cleaned up the termites as well. I bought cleaning supplies and scrubbed the whole place down top to bottom the 2nd day we were there. I cleaned again before we left. However, the jetted tub needs a cleaner made for jetted tubs run through those jets because it's disgusting.
