Зручне розташування, не дуже далеко від транспорту. Зручне самостійне прибуття та виїзд із сейфом для ключа. Гарний інтерʼєр, сподобався зелений колір. Базові зручності є. Швидкий інтернет, можна спокійно працювати. Є обігрівач, можна самостійно регулювати температуру в приміщенні.
Досить мало місця. Високій людині може бути незручно. Ліжко трохи скрипить, коли перевертаєшся. Немає ліфту у будинку, так що важку валізу довелося піднімати в руках по сходам. Пропозиції до покращення: додати маленьку поличку при вході для ключів/телефона, додати лопатку для готування, можна додати гель для душу.
