An excellent base, on a budget to explore the area.

The room was ample ,clean and comfortable and all.midern furnishings. The aoarthitel offered very good value for money. Breakfast had a good selection on offer, nice coffee and orange juice!. Towels and bedding clean and plenty of hot water. Location was good, and not noisy. 15 min walk to train station and the town centre was easily manageable. Facilities such as breakfast room, swimming pool and luggage storage were a great additional extra.

Location ..not many cafes or bars to choose from, for a snack or evening meal in the immediate area but you could finally find something. Breakfasts hot selection at the hotel was luke warm. But not a massive issue. What I really missed after long days exploring was coffee making facilities in the room and a hairdryer without having to ask at reception for one. Again not a deal breaker but for comfort it would be nice. None of the above affected our enjoyment of the hotel or our time in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook another time.

Great Location, but Room for Improvement

The location was perfect for us – about a 15-minute walk from the beautiful old town, which made for a pleasant stroll. The sauna is definitely a plus, although there’s a large gap in the door that lets in cold air – this should really be fixed. The pool is great too, though it could be a bit warmer.

Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very clean. The balcony door wasn’t properly closed, so leaves had blown inside, and the room was quite cold when we arrived. At first, we had trouble with the door – it could be opened without a key card. We later found out that it simply needs to be closed firmly to lock. During our 2.5-day stay, someone entered our room twice. We didn’t see who it was – the person seemed startled to find us there and left without saying anything. Since there’s no daily housekeeping service, this seemed rather odd and left us with an uneasy impression. All in all, it could be a wonderful hotel – it just lacks a bit of attention to detail.

The parking was easily accessible (it costs 7 euro) They gave us two communicating rooms that was a good solution for us (2 adults + 2 kids)

Very good stay for a few days with regional visits.

Breakfast was fine, with sometimes some special regional delivery (cheese, kugelhopf). The personnel was very friendly. The spa area is very good for resting after a day visit or after travelling, it is very clean and comfortable for until about 10 persons at a time. The location is OK, plan for about 15mn walk to the core city center. The hotel is fairly easy to reach by car, especially when using the subterrenean road behind the Central Station.

The bed sheets warm too much, fairly easy to start sweating in them overnight.

Bedsheets were dirty and the room was not cleaned. The staff did not speak English which implied asking for basic things such as an iron was a pain. One of the rooms was apparently smoked into - there was an ashtray filled with stubs on the balcony and the breakfast was a pity.

They don't clean your room unless you pay extra..that is absolutely ridiculous!! Parking cost extra...not mentioned while booking. Electricity and wifi failures...took long to fix No fridge in the room or other facilities (coffee or tea). The stair for going into the swimming pool was loose and a hazard to use...serious accident waiting to happen All in all way to overpriced for what you get! We will never visit them again!!!

The location is great.

Not value for money, specially the general staff is not available at reception most of the time. There's no one to answer phone calls too. During my stay I did not find it money's worth due to lack of any minimum service availability.

Keenly priced place to stay with the benefit of car parking convenient for all Mulhouse attractions

Room had everything we needed. It was small, self catered "student" type accommodation. Quiet and efficient air conditioning. Secure and spacious parking garage with lift access to all floors of the hotel was very welcome as on road parking difficult. Nice to have a small pool in the heatwave we were experiencing. Convenient walking distrance to old town centre and a large supermarket.

Check in / Check out. Fairly obscure and easy to miss entrance and we needed to find somewhere to park as entrance to hotel car park could not be booked before arrival and no dedicated space for arrivals on road outside. Luckily reception staff were outside when we arrived to give us directions! Reception not always staffed so make sure you have a phone on you to call the number given for assistance, if required.

Decent pit stop hotel

We had a overnight pit stop at Apart hotel. Family rooms are two separate but connected rooms.

Our bathroom ventilator was disconnected and kept on floor, when we arrived. It was also not very clean. Kitchen stove was not working, but it was fixed soon after calling the reception Overall value for money.
