Overall, we had a good experience. Location is great. Beds were comfortable. The place could have used a bit of a deep cleaning, especially the floors. The outside area was fine but lots of spider webs. The main area needs more seating. We are a family of 4, with two younger kids, and we felt a bit cramped. Communication with the host was good and he responded quickly to any messages we sent.

You really enjoyed our extended stay at this property! It was perfect for our family of four and the location doesn’t get better! We were provided the name of a great cleaning crew during our stay and felt like the house was in good working condition. Thank you!

The house was even better than the pictures, and it was immaculate. Location is terrific - every morning my baby and I would walk to one of many bagel or bakeries within a few minutes walk, and in the afternoons my big kids and I would walk to the beach and to get ice cream. Highly recommend!

We rented this home for our family of 8 for a family wedding. It was perfect for our family. Lots of space, perfect location within walking distance to downtown Wayzata, very clean, comfortable beds, great and prompt communication from Frederick. Would definitely rent again. Thank you Frederick for helping make our time in Wayzata so wonderful.
