Beaver Lake Waterfront

Great property. Very steep walk down the hill to access the lake with big shared dock to swim off and lots of lake toys to enjoy. A clean, well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views from both decks. Would stay here again!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and convenient to the water’s edge. The walk to the community dock/water’s edge is reasonably smooth so even this 69-year-old Grandma could make multiple trips. It is about a 45 degree angle down the back yard to the dock which is somewhat steep to climb back up, but much better than other properties we have stayed at before. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle board as well as the Lily Pad. Having a bathroom for each family was also a big plus. Full size refrigerator downstairs with a second stove and microwave was a nice addition. King beds were all comfortable. Any small detail (like empty propane at fire pit or batteries needed for tv remote) was handled quickly and graciously by our host. Having a responsive host is a great plus! The community dock swimming is off of the back of the big dock shown in photos /not the singular dock shown in the photo. The singular dock in photo is not part of this property which is slightly misleading from the series of photos but explained by property manager. The location is very nice as we went to downtown Rogers one evening to eat pizza and let the kids play in the rail yard park. We would definitely return to this property!

Great property with amazing lake views. Perfect for family or friends. There is a full kitchen upstairs and downstairs and two decks for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails. Highly recommend and really enjoyed our stay!

GREAT place and location! Home had everything for all of us. Kids enjoyed the kayaks and grill and outdoor fireplace was perfect
