About this house rental
The Deer Crossing Bungalow is located in the quiet neighborhood of Kops Park. It is approximately 10 minutes from American Family Field and 15 minutes from Fiserv Forum and downtown. Not a sports fan? No problem! The Milwaukee County Zoo is ten minutes away, and Lake Shore State Park is only 15 minutes down the road!
The home is newly updated and decorated, with the perfect colors representing the Milwaukee area. The home is a one-level home, with two bedrooms towards the side of the home. Each bedroom has a memory foam queen bed. The full bathroom is across the hall from the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. The dining space is at the dining table or the kitchen counter. The living room has a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Keep yourselves entertained with board games and a Roku TV ready for your login information to all your favorite streaming apps.
Guests have access to the entire home. Parking is available in the front of the home on the street. There are plenty of spots available at all times of the day. We also have a spot in front of the garage down the side street, if you'd like to stay off the main road. The space is only large enough for one vehicle. Although we are in a central area and close to many amenities, driving is the easiest way to get to where you are going. We are close access to all major highways, and are just off Burleigh Street, for easy commuting.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people. No groups larger than 6 at any time; no unregistered guests spending the night. Also: No pets, no smoking, no parties, no fireworks.

Property was as described. We appreciated the labeling system. However, instructions should be made available for how to operate the heating/cooling system. Also, the mailbox was overflowing with old mail. It makes the property appear to be vacant. The housekeeping cleaning process needs improvement. There was hair in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom. The baseboards as well as closet shelves in the bathroom needed to be cleaned. If I'm paying an extra fee for cleaning service, I shouldn't be asked to take the garbage out.

The stay was nice and pleasant. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and the bathroom contained proper necessities. The door lock took several times to try and open but did not give us any problems.

Cute house , fully stocked kitchen with all needed supplies. The only thing I’d change is fix the plumbing in the bathroom - the sink and shower do not drain well. Also, the cleanliness of the floors and bathroom could be cleaner.
