About this apartment rental

Cozy 2 bedroom condo located within 5 minutes drive to fashion square and old town scottsdale. 15 minutes drive from the airport and close to the 101 freeway. Pool and jacuzzi right outside of the condo, grilling area as well as tennis courts and and exercise room. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this condo, with a queen size sleeper couch. Laundry is located in the building, there is one reserved parking space as well

I always try to write true reviews so I am torn here. I will only give this a 4 star. The host was great. Check in and info was all good. The pictures are resent and accurate, and it was close and convenient to everything. Airport, downtown, etc. However you should know that the property is old. Bathrooms are very small. This was fine for a couple of guys on a golf trip. Also not the hosts fault but the pool and hot tub were kind of murky. Now they were maintained. I saw someone adding chemicals, but the water was still kind of questionable. Not sure if this was just a temporary issue or not. Overall this was good for a guys golf trip but maybe not honeymoon material.

The host communicated well and was quick to answer questions and concerns. The location is convenient. The cleaning and organization of the condo could have been better.

Host was very communicative which we appreciated. We let him know about the cleaning concerns we had. Just think the cleaning crew can do a better job. Also, a safety factor of the smoke alarm was missing.
