Perfectly designed and uniquely styled ready for your stay. Full bedroom with a comfortable plush bed, flat screen tv WiFi a s Netflix ready. Two comfortable chairs for quaint personal time.
The eat in kitchen serves as a common space with a lovely dining table and set up perfect for intimate dinners and table time. Fully stocked kitchen with all utilities and amenities. Dish ware pots and pans all included.
A perfect place for a short stay or a long term reservation, you choose.
Clean bathroom with shower and tub hook up. Very comfortable and well kept.
There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement area for all our guests which you can access 24/7. And if you find a spot there is free overnight street parking.
Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream-colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It is a metal unit that runs across the wall's lower part. There is a knob on each right that turns it higher. After a bit, it gets very warm in there.
From the apartment, you have convenient access to all the city's major tourist and historical attractions, making it easy to explore. Most points of interest are just a short distance away, allowing for leisurely walks, bike rides, or quick taxi rides.
Public transportation is plentiful, with the Philadelphia SEPTA Metro located on 11th Street, just 0.4 miles (about a 5-minute walk) from your doorstep. Additionally, the PATCO line, which offers connections to New Jersey, is also only 0.4 miles away.

Apartment was very, very clean. We enjoyed the neighborhood immensely - lovely side streets, "alleyways" and good restaurants everywhere in walking distance. Historic streets directly behind and beside were beautiful, covered in fall leaves and decorated with windowboxes and lively shrubs in pots. Parking was a challenge; learn the rules, find a spot and maximize walking. Stairs to the third floor unit were a challenge for us, so minimize in and out! Overall a fun, safe and clean spot.
