Detached house on an enclosed plot of 1000 m2, 10 minutes from the ocean beaches and 15 minutes from the lake.
House 100 m2 with 4 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, 1 bedroom/playroom with 1 bed 90, high chair and cot, board games, books, dice track, guitar, djembe, molkky, etc... Bathroom and washing machine, 1 separate toilet.

Garden and terrace with arbour, secure parking for several cars. Table, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, plancha.
The house is located 5 minutes by car from Animalia Parc, an animal park that offers activities for children (tree climbing, inflatable structures,
zip line, pony rides etc...) and 15 minutes from the children's island where many activities are also offered.
The lake (largest in France) and the ocean allow the practice of all water activities (windsurfing, kitesurfing, parasailing, paddle, catamaran, surfing etc...).
You can also visit Bordeaux and the Médoc wine castles.
Local shops at 600m, all shops in Lesparre at 10 minutes by car. Medical office in Naujac center. Children's games and city stadium behind the church of Naujac.

Very nice welcomed by Vincent and Brigitte.
Very nice spacious house, very well equipped and new. Also a baby cot and high chair available. Lots of toys for the children for outside and inside, and all kinds of materials for coloring, etc. Very large garden with dining table and chairs, lounge set and extra sun loungers.
Everything has been thought of. Highly recommended for the peace and quiet and close to both the sea and the lake. And excellent to visit when with children.
