LIVING ROOM: Corner sofa with coffee table and Danish stove, dining table with 4 chairs. Separate KITCHEN with many amenities. BEDROOM 1 on the first floor: Double bed 1.80 m x 2 m. BEDROOM 2 in the attic: accessible via an entryway that can also be used as a reading nook, 2 single beds. BATHROOM on the upper floor: shower and toilet. There is a guest restroom on the first floor. The basement features a sauna, washing machine, dryer, and shower/toilet.
Great accommodations for families right on Südstrand. A cozy place to stay even in winter, thanks to the private sauna and wood-burning stove.
It’s about a 15–20-minute walk to the town center, the spa center, and Aqua Wyk. The beach and shopping options are right nearby (bakery, butcher, Edeka supermarket).
Parking is available only if a space is free. There are unassigned parking spaces for the entire residential complex.
