About this house rental
Bring the family together in this five-bedroom home with an arcade game room and space to relax.
Walk to Trader Joe's and nearby restaurants, with UNC Charlotte, IKEA, TopGolf, NoDa, Concord Mills and Uptown within reach for outings around Charlotte. The fireplace is decorative and is not available for use.
+We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind.
+We have an external camera at the front entrance, facing the driveway. Records audio and video and is recording. We have a noise monitor located on the ceiling in the living room. It does not record audio or video but monitors the noise level in the home to help us prevent large gatherings/parties.
+No more than four (4) cars can be parked at the house. We do not have space for more than 4 vehicles. Additional vehicles can park in the commercial areas right up the road from the house.
+ Trash is picked up weekly on Thursday nights, and the home has lawn maintenance every other week
+Fireplace is for display only.
The primary guest must complete registration, provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport), and sign the rental agreement before receiving arrival instructions.
