High Floor Unit Located in Brickell - Free Parking

A very lovely and clean apartment with a spectacular view from the 39th floor. The parking space is located on the 11th floor—some people have complained about this, but I actually thought it was cool and enjoyed driving up there. The pool area was also very nice, and I received all the check-in documents one hour prior to check-in, so the timing worked out perfectly. Highly recommended! We stayed here for 8 nights.

The location and views are amazing. The apartment is spacious, clean and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. What I have seen maybe extra compared to other places I have been, is that we found enough shower products not to buy for 3 days. Bed very comfy and reception and building staff very kind and helpful. Close to everything, high rated area.

Maybe the small face towels being black is not the best choice but its definitely not a deal breaker. Maybe a suggestion for the host that its always better to be white. The building fee we had to pay extra was fine but the options to pay can look suspicious since Booking is suggesting not to make any extra payments after a full payment of the stay-just confirming its legit so once we did it all went very smooth.

We liked the location, the view and the bed mattress

We were asked for an aditional building fee despite the fact that on booking it was written that all taxes are included! It was not cleaned, the floor was sticky, the kitchen ustensil were dirty and also the surfaces. We had to clean them. We were asked if we need something and then nobody answered. Very bad communication.
