The location was near the marina which was my destination and it was charming. Although very well put together it was a barn or shack. I'll sleep anywhere though so I am not complaining and the place had A/C, kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It would be a great spot for college kids or backpackers to use but I cannot suggest the location for families or anyone who is elderly due to how hot it can get inside until the A/C does it's work.
Oh, and the Roosters! They're the real reason for the positive review.
It was only $70 cheaper than a real hotel and roughly $30 cheaper than a place that I could tell was an actual room in a home. The owner would do well to put insulation in and some dry wall. It would take an afternoon and they'd save on the A/C bill. Again, I found it charming but I want to be honest.
