Super great spot for beach lovers and very close to Cannes City Centre without being right there
Depending if you arrive at a very busy time it can be quite the wait to get your keys - however my advice is if you tell the hosts a particular time of check in STICK TO THAT TIME as when you show up early etc. they have to change their entire schedule and by turn making all their later check-ins late as well. Overall the apartment was gorgeous and had the best view of the beach which is a stone throw away. Lot's of mosquitos but if you bring repellent you will be fine. Really spacious and great for a couple or 3 people. Bus service is ok, comes once every hour and is 1.60 euro to go into Cannes City centre in 25min.
Communication to get keys could have been better but other than that was a great stay.

We were the first guests at the appartment, so it was newly renovated and completely clean.
The location and view were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole appartment was fully equipped from shampoos, a clothing iron to kitchen utensils. The beach is a minute away and there is a tap right next to the building to wash away the sand.

Posizione eccellente e comoda soprattutto per il parcheggio riservato all' interno. Spiaggia con doccia di fronte alla struttura. A dieci minuti di auto si arriva al centro del paese e parcheggio a pagamento molto economico.
All'interno la strada è un po' rumorosa, ma chiudendo tutto ci si isola bene dai rumori, magari consiglierei un piccolo impianto di aria condizionata. Mancanza di zanzariere e di uno specchio integrale

Es war sehr schön
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Küche ist gut und hat eine Waschmaschine.
Die Dusche ist zu klein. Der Zug am Morgen früh ist sehr laut. Es funktionieren nicht alle Lampen und der Duschschlauch hat ein Loch. ( Die Wartung könnte besser sein)
