Nice Apartment Center City

The location was great, close to the city centre and the language school. The apartment is nice - spacious and well kitted out and the beds are very comfortable. (There was spare bedding /duvets in the wardrobe). The shower was particularly good (very large).

It tends to be very noisy in the streets around the apartment and there were a few problems when we arrived (broken shutter/window, no hot water). I would recommend providing guests with a short page of instructions in the apartment (e.g. how the heating works - via air con machines not radiators and location of the nearest bins). Also the pre-checkin paperwork is very cumbersome and the Chat-bot cannot deal with issues. However, when I called the telephone number the staff were very helpful and resolved the problems quickly.

La televisión de la habitación principal no se veían los canales, solo radio y la calefacción es mejorable ya que no calentaba mucho. A un así el alojamiento es muy recomendable

It was excellent in every aspect and we were satisfied with the apartment. Its location was very central. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. Everything we needed was available.

Since there are cafés and restaurants around the building, it gets a bit noisy at night. Also the bed in the main bedroom was a little bit uncomfortable.

Fantastic location?

Unfortunately it was filthy. They ask you to check in at 3pm and cannot even be bothered to clean the place we were spending a week in. They couldn't even be bothered to change the duvet comforter instead they stuffed it in the closet. The floors were filthy. It is not ok to pretend clean. It's incredibly dishonest to rent a dirty place!
