The overhead light in the living room did not work... I spoke with the property manager on the phone and he said he was sending maintenance to fix it and no one ever showed up during our stay to correct theproblem. However

The property was clean, nice neighborhood and located closely to attractions and restaurants. The only downside to the property, Game room features are very minimal, accessories were missing and no TVs in any bedrooms. I thought that was a little odd. Overall this was a quick stay and the home was cozy enough to do the job.

We chose this location because my parents rent a house a few blocks away. It's very convenient for everything that Kissimmee/Orlando has to offer. We came with our friends and their kids - 4 kids, 4 adults.
The property itself is nice & clean and backing onto the pond is fantastic and peaceful. Communication with the property manager was great and she always responded to any requests for communication very quickly.
However, this property isn't particularly well suited for short-term stays. It's missing many of the things I'd expect in a house where we're staying most of our time and cooking meals, such as:
- Mat for the front and back door
- More hangers (back of doors)
- Hooks outside for towels and pool floaties
- Whisk, Baking pans, Scissors, Plastic cups, bowls, plates (kid and pool friendly), Measuring cups and spoons, tongs, cutting boards, spatula
- Night lights
- More towels
- Dishcloths and towels
- Recycle bin for inside
- Cleaning spray
The broom is broken, the mattresses aren't great (particular in the master bedroom which has two noticeable divots in them so you sink your bum into them but it's not great for the spine), etc.
The BBQ they provide is a very small charcoal BBQ, which assumes that the guests know how to use charcoal but even if they do know how to, you have to provide your own.
Overall, good place with some flaws. Don't need any of it? Great place. Plan on cooking your own meals, then you'll need to buy all of this like we had to.
