About this bed and breakfast
Located in a great neighborhood just minutes from the University of Florida, Shands Hospital, and North Florida Regional Medical Center, this brand new 600 square foot self-contained cottage has everything you need to have a wonderful Gainesville visit!
The newly built Cozy Cottage is decorated in mid century modern style and is separated from the main house by the large outdoor patio. There is an August lock that makes entry to the Cottage easy at any time with your own unique code or smart phone app. The colorful fabrics and artwork create a fun and welcoming atmosphere whilst the queen-size DreamCloud hybrid memory foam mattress invites restful sleep. A full kitchen with apartment-sized appliances make the Cozy Cottage a great choice for long term rentals. The flat screen Roku TV with Guest Mode allows you login to your accounts for the duration of your stay and logs you out automatically when you leave.
My husband an I live in the main house and and our other rental, the Sweet Suite, is adjacent to the main house. The patio space is shared with us and any guests that are staying in the Sweet Suite. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be mindful of noise if out on the patio after 10 PM.

I stayed here for a 2-week work project and could not have been happier with this space. The photos don't do it justice--it feels larger and even nicer than it looks. Everything is clean, well decorated, and convenient. Lots of thoughtful details, including high quality appliances, good lighting, and a large, open closet. The patio space is so relaxing and peaceful. It's a quiet neighborhood, and I felt safe to go jogging or walking alone. There are multiple Publix grocery stores in easy driving distance, though more involved shopping is a bit farther away.
Keslie was amazing to work with, and I enjoyed chatting with her from time to time when I was outside in the patio area for some sunshine and fresh air after being in a recording studio all day.
I kinda hope people won't discover this hidden gem so it will be available for my next work trip! But honestly, this is truly an amazing find. Thank you, Keslie!

We stayed at the cozy cottage for three weeks during some home renovations. It was exactly what we needed. Great kitchen, bathroom, and patio, in particular. Keslie is a very responsive host. We appreciated our time there very much!
