Del Mar Shores Terrace is located along the oceanfront bluffs in Solana Beach. Stairs down to the beach are adjacent to the complex. Beach chairs and boogie boards await your use! Bicycles and Paddle Boards are available to rent close by, or simply take a nice walk or jog along the beach. The complex offers an oceanfront pool and spa and a secured gated community with one designated parking space in a covered garage.

WOW! We stayed in this stunningly beautiful, bright, clean, very comfortable Condo the end of August through Labor Day Weekend 2025. The corner unit views from floor to ceiling and the outside balcony, of the ocean, beach, and sunsets were spectacular! Every amenity we could possibly ask for was available, including the kitchen & appliances, comfortable living room/sitting areas and bedroom, full bathroom and a second vanity/sink area (great for 2 travelers!), full beach supplies, laundry room closet, and a parking garage spot (that we needed!) which is just a short 30 second walk to the unit.The property grounds and pool area are also beautiful and well-maintained. And the location in the Del Mar/Solana Beach area was absolutely perfect during our week long vacation, where we made various trips to Encinitas, Oceanside, and Newport Beach to the North, and Pacific Beach and Coronado to the South.Lastly, I can’t say enough about our Host Tawne, who was very responsive and helpful with several basic questions we had before arriving. Messaging her through the VRBO app worked like a charm, and she consistently responded to us within 30-60 minutes. Her Welcome Letter material is also very comprehensive.Thank you SO MUCH, Tawne! We’ll certainly keep you in mind again for our future trips to the San Diego area.Scott & Deb O.
