On the border between Aude and Ariège, come and recharge your batteries on a 1.5 Ha estate, in the heart of nature in the heart of Cathar country. Nestled on a hill, the view of the Pyrenees is breathtaking and the disconnection is total.
The 50 m2 apartment has its own entrance. On the first floor, you will find the dining and living area. The kitchen area is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (filter), a kettle and a toaster. Upstairs, the spacious bedroom has a 160x200cm bed. A bathroom with toilet is adjoining. An outdoor terrace is reserved for you (table, chairs, deckchairs). A laundry area is at your disposal.

The end-of-stay cleaning is optional (not included in the rental price), its amount is 30€, to be paid on site if you choose this option.
A shared swimming pool is open throughout the summer period. Petanque ball games are available to you to enjoy the petanque court (regulatory standards) present on the estate. A badminton net as well as rackets and shuttlecock are also present.
Several "relaxation" spots are present on the estate: straw hut, sunset, sunrise, "Natural" beach.
Access to the various hikes is direct from the hamlet. The greenway to Montségur is easily reached by bike or on foot.
Mirepoix, place for multiple events is 10 min by car / Chalabre and lake of Montbel 30 min / Carcassonne 30 min / Malepère wine route 15 min / Cathar castles 50 min / Narbonne 1h20.
