Das Highlight ist die Lage zum Strand. Mehr positives gibt es nicht.
Das gesamte Objekt war in einem schlechten Zustand. Von zwei Fahrstühlen ging einer gar nicht, der andere war mehrmals am Tag defekt. Das Treppenhaus war mangelhaft. Jeder Trittstufe war anders hoch. Das läuft sich sehr unangenehm. Es war in den Fluren schmutzig und dunkel.
