Grand palms was really great. The unit and amenities were too. Only issue we had was getting in touch with the host/owner via Live Suite. We had an issue right before check in and neither us or VRBO were unable to get a hold of anyone. It was all rectified by check in time and we had a great stay. Would definitely book again.

Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Super clean and nicely furnished. Beds were super comfortable. The second bedroom has two double beds. Loved feeding the geese!! Will definitely be back!

Beds were so comfortable! Rooms were clean, however, my unit needs a bathroom makeover. The toilet sits so low that I thought I must be in an accessible room until I tried to get in and out the shower. Apparently it’s a jacuzzi that has been turned into a shower. It was very difficult for both my husband and I to get in and out the shower due to having to step way up to get in and then stepping way down to get out while feet wet. This was only in Master bathroom as if it was in the other bathroom with kids I wouldn’t even tried to use it. You almost need a step stool just to get in. The pools and the food from the poolside were great. Other than shower issue, we enjoyed our stay.
