The room was spacious & comfortable and it was close to the centre of Sligo
We expected a cooked breakfast and didn't know that breakfast only consisted of cereal, tea/coffee and two slices of bread.

A very comfortable, spacious room, well equipped. Sarah has supplied so many extras, snacks, fruit, etc to make her guests feel very welcome. We enjoyed the Soda bread, with the marmalade provided.

Perfect place to stay over on our first night in Ireland, before exploring Sligo the next day, all the extras were very much appreciated, breakfast as we would have it at home 😊
Never met the hosts but good communication before arrival, wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we ever travel to that part of the world again.
Nothing to dislike.

The accommodation was tucked away yet a close drive to the Main Street. The host left wonderful snacks and drinks for us which were very appreciated! We loved our short stay in Sligo and enjoyed the natural beauty of the area!
Pillows were lumpy. Spotty WiFi

The host, Sarah, was delightful. Very friendly and helpful.
The room is very spacious, modern, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The added supplies for breakfast were unexpected and most appreciated.
The shower was great!
We would have loved to have stayed another night but the room was unavailable.

The owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met! They are very contactable and courteous, they offer good advice and help with transportation, for example to the city or the train station. The place is beautifully decorated, clean and neat, everything is clearly described and the owners explain everything. ☺️In the room, in addition to the bed (which is very comfortable! ) there are bedside tables on both sides with lamps, a comfortable sofa, a table with chairs where you can have breakfast, and a refrigerator and cupboard, where the owners provided us with all the things needed to eat a decent breakfast and, of course, make it - there was a toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle (in the fridge we could find water, orange juice, milk, butter and jams, and on the cabinet prepared plates, cups, cutlery, cereal, toast in a box, tea, coffe and something sweet (there was even fruit in the room! ) : ) which was a very lovely gesture. In the bathroom connected to the room there are not only towels, but also ear sticks, cotton pads and bath lotions. It was a really pleasant stay and I would love to return there again. I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah and Tony, they really care about their guests and offer a room with the highest quality
: )
The only downside I can find is that I came there with my fiancé for only one night, next time we will definitely stay longer! ☺️

Very pleasant location, close to Sligo town centre (especially now we've found the shortcut). Spacious parking. We liked the decor, and the amount of space in the room. Good selection of breakfast items for self service, in the room. Shower that is easy to operate.... no fiddling to get the temperature right.

Perfect location - close to the main road, but out of the way at the same time. Short walking distance to the town centre. Lovely, modern, spacious and comfortable room with all the modcons available. Lovely hosts. Plenty of complimentary goodies (including fancy ones) available which was a bonus.
Nothing, really!

What a wonderful visit we had here. The space was quite large and very comfortable. Our hostess was so accommodating… She even drove us to town and showed us several good pubs. Who does that?? 😊 There were many little extras left in the suite… Fruit, coffee Cereal. We would highly recommend staying here.
Nothing to dislike. We had a little problem finding the location but using co coordinate got us right there

My partner and I had a delightful 2-night stay here! Not only were the owners friendly, they also provided complemary goods and recommended places around town for us to see and do. The place was more than enough for us and we were really impressed.

Absolutely an amazing find and a great place to stay. During our 3 week visit in Ireland we have stayed at large chain hotels as well as numerous B&Bs and Benbulben View F91YN96 is definitely the top one. Spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. I just wish I had planned better as we would have stayed more days and used this as our home base while exploring the surrounding areas.
A little bit of highway noise but not too bad. It never woke me up and didn't ruin our stay.

A short distance by car from Sligo Town (not even 5 minutes by car!), this accommodation was fantastically located and priced. The room was very cozy and has all the essentials. The hosts were very kind. I'll be looking this place up again next time I'm in Sligo. Class stay!
Nothing.

Very friendly hosts. Great pre-arrival communication.
The room was large and well set up.
A pleasing, firm queen sized bed.
All spotlessly clean.
A super practical bathroom too.
Basic continental breakfast items supplied at arrival.
A shame that we could only spare 1 night here.
The hosts recommendation to eat nearby at Molly Fultons was a great tip.
Be aware that the stay is next to a major road. Thus some traffic noise but only IF you have a window open. Not really a problem though as most people are not into as much fresh air as I am.

Amazing hosts! Great communication. The place was extremely clean, good location and easy to find (just add the Eircode on Google Maps). Close enough to City Centre e and to the N4 which takes to many places around Sligo. The place has everything that you need. Great shower!!

Lovely spot, 15 to 20 mins walk from town. Hosts were lovely.
No complaints

A spacious room at the end of a cul de sac on the edge of town. A huge range of ingredients provided for the do-it-yourself breakfast.
Not the easiest place to find as there's no sign at the end of the road but Google maps will find it if you put in the Eircode. It's a hilly walk of 15-20 minutes into town.

They were very friendly and helpful with us. They dried our coats because it was raining and the Next morning they offered to drive us to the bus station. Totally recommended
