About this apartment rental
This adorable apartment has one bedroom and one bath. Located in the heart of the Hilton Village shops. Close to several restaurants, ice cream, retail shops, and beaches! The neighborhood is very walkable with sidewalks and parks. Please note the apartment is on the second floor of the building. There are stairs to get to to the entrance. Pictures are included in the listing.

3 miles from the Mariner's Museum

Please note our beloved International House of Beauty is over 100 years old. The building was built in 1917 during WWI. We tried to keep as much of the history in tack. By doing so there will be some unique qualities and blemishes that are original to the building.
As you know we are located close to the beach and sand does make its way into the apartment.
We are also located between two popular eateries and less than a half-mile from the beach. The building is treated monthly by a pest control company, but from time to time a stray bug may make its way in. As a guest, the best ways to avoid these are to keep the exterior door and windows closed, keep all food covered and sealed, and by removing the trash regularly.
Safety: There is on site parking with a flood light and security camera. There are two motion lights that will keep the steps lighted for you if you enter in the evenings.
Pack n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available if requested.

Spotlessly clean and fresh, this unit feels big!! Plenty of everything to cook full meals. Easy place to stay with or without a car...mutiple great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying here! It was sooo clean and the towels were amazing, bed was comfy. Great location: was short walking distance to great eating and ice cream! We felt comfortable here. The only thing was the plug placement in the bathroom, I have a travel hairdryer and the cord wasn’t long enough to reach so I could see in the bathroom mirror and blow dry at the same time. Even w this minor inconvenience, I’d give this place 5 stars and we’d stay here again. It’s just a preference that may not work for Everyone but I improvised w plug by kitchen table and used the freestanding makeup mirror in hall closet. Which was sooo convenient!!
