With a wonderful location on the edge of Siasconset, within walking distance of the beach, the historic district, and the unrivaled 'Sconset Bluff Walk, this two-bedroom home provides all the simple charms of a beach escape to Nantucket. The interior living space is casual and unfussy, with plenty of windows to let in the summer sunshine and natural wood walls, ceilings, and cabinetry that contribute to the home's rustic feel. You'll be able to take daily walks and bike rides to the beach and the nearby golf course, with an outdoor shower and a private washer/dryer waiting at home to refresh you and your clothes each afternoon. Spend summer evenings outside on the wrap-around deck where you can prepare your barbecue favorites on the grill.

Within a half-mile walk, you'll find the Siasconset Old Historic District, a market, a sandwich shop, and a playground, while the Siasconset Golf Course is less than a mile west. The island's main hub, Nantucket Town, is seven miles west, easily reached on the Milestone and Polpis Bike Paths.

Pretty magical setting, a simple house but it's got everything you need; comfy beds and sofas, big deck, proximity to the beach, close to the bus stop, absolutely perfect for a long weekend in Nantucket.

This was our second stay here. It was nice to see some upgrades from last time. The listing is accurate and a great location in Sconset.

nice clean home close to the beach and sandwich/coffee shop. It is rustic, just as its described. In a quiet neighborhood and the home/deck is secluded by bushes/hedges

The location is pretty far from the center, but it was a short walk to the village and beach. Rustic it was. There weren’t a lot of outlets and the bedrooms were very dark. It wasn’t possible to see anything because there was only one small light. I imagine the space is difficult to air condition when it is a very hot day since there is no insulation at not all of the windows open.
