Ocean block - 3-minute walk to the beach! Renovations completed in 2023 include new open concept and new flooring. Recent renovations also include new A/C systems, remodeled rooms with all new appliances, bathroom fixtures and designer furnishings. Four bedrooms (two with ensuite baths), one den sleeping area, three full baths, and outdoor shower with hot water. Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, Breakfast Bar and Beverage Station. Three outside entertaining areas: one with a propane fire pit to enjoy those cool evenings, one with a chef's grill/ rotisserie, and a screened-in porch. No need to purchase/refill propane tanks since they are connected directly to the home supply. 5 bikes and 4 beach chairs included.1.6 miles to Bethany boardwalk and .3 miles to the nearest shopping/restaurants. $250 Property Fee reflected in booking is refundable security deposit. The house was as advertised: clean, comfy, quiet, and close to the beach. There are several areas for personal space and private conversations or games both inside and out. Appliances are new and the interior is fresh! Nadine responds quickly to concerns but doesn't intrude on your vacation.

This is a nice property 1/2 block from the beach. It is well kept and furnished. We were only 4 adults and worked very well. I would think it works very well for up to 8. Upon arrival we noticed one of the bathrooms was not clean. The rest of the house was fine. The listing should be updated to say linens need to be rented. But overall it is a nice property and we would not hesitate coming back.
