About this apartment rental
Small, furnished ground-floor apartment with one bedroom (en-suite), living room/kitchen, balcony, and laundry area, in an excellent location.
The kitchen is equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, bowls, pots, a gas cylinder, a blender, and basic utensils for 4 people.
Convenience store right across the street.
The space is located a few blocks from the beach, the Moqueca Walkway, Casebrinho, Boteco do Chico, the Health Center, and the traditional FEIRARTE fair takes place just steps away.
The bedroom is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 3 people, and the living room has a double sofa bed.
32" TV with USB and HDMI input. We offer free Wi-Fi for guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, water filter on the tap, and a water dispenser for a gallon jug of mineral water. The first gallon is on us!

Small pets are very welcome, and they have a really cool entertainment area on the balcony, with a climbing wall, scratching mats, and a litter box for cats (which can be placed in the laundry room for more privacy for the animal). Don't forget to vaccinate and deworm your pets, and before traveling, make sure their flea/tick prevention is up to date.
Guests are responsible for removing litter from the litter box and cleaning up any spills.
