Excellent location within walking distance of the beach, and the house was equipped with everything we needed - the spacious kitchen area and the outdoor seating & jacuzzi were lovely. House was spotlessly clean, with two bathrooms.

Nothing - it was just what we wanted.

The house has everything you need for a home from home experience and more. The beds are comfortable, the hot tub a wonderful experience. There is a cover over the pergola which is useful if the weather wasn't good. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils for kitchen and barbecue. Full, detailed instructions are provided covering the appliances, recycling, restaurants, etc. Response from the owners is very prompt.

There is no door or working gate to stop pets or young children going upstairs or getting to the front door. I would recommend a baby gate in the door way to the lounge. The fenced garden is ok for most dogs but my chihuahua managed to get under the gate.

The house being decorated for Christmas, very thoughtful. A hot tub in the garden. Closeness to Burham town and the sea front.

Bigger plates for Christmas dinner!

Spacious downstairs. Lovely kitchen and good outdoor area. Short walk to town and beach.

It would benefit from a dryer or airer for drying clothes, and the pagola could benefit from a retracting roof so the beautiful outdoor space can be utilised in all weathers. A stir gate at top of stairs would also be a plus.
