場所が良く、旧市街地にも市街地にも、バス停にもスーパーにも近い。シャワーの水圧がしっかりしてる。
上の階の住民がランニングマシーンを使っているみたいな音がする。子供の声もする。夜中までうるさいということはなかったのですが、気になった。 エレベーターがないので階段を登るのが大変。
