Pracondu 1 406 - OUTDOOR & FUN charming apartment

The location couldn’t be any better!

it was very warm in the apartment. they put on the heating too high and you couldn’t adjust it yourself.

The location is excellent for the main lift. The apartment was of a good size. A nice balcony. Towels were in good condition. We had a bathroom with a sink and a bath with a shower attachment which was low on the wall - perhaps install it to above head height? We had a seperate toilet. Coat hooks in the hall were very good - perhaps add hooks to the back of the bathroom doors too? Cupboard and drawer space was good.

The WIFI was non-existent. Beds were spongy - a matter of taste, but perhaps a bit soft. The kitchen would benefit from a tea towel, toaster, and a extractor fan. A bath mat would be a good addition too. But the biggest negative sadly was the NOISE. It was at times simply outrageous. I know that central parts of ski resorts are not known to be totally quiet (and I do not expect that), but we had Saturday night, Wednesday night plus Friday night going in to the early hours, where the noise coming from other apartments was unacceptable and disrespectful for other residents. The noise was not coming from an isolated apartment - it seemed to be from many places across the blocks 1 and 2. I suggest that management implement a quiet time period between the hours of 10pm and 8am. We had a great week, but in terms of returning to this property, the noise issue is a deal breaker.
