We ordered upstairs 2 bedroom and downstairs 2 bedroom with pool Both were great Upstairs has better living space snd kitchen snd great view from balcony with plunge pool Downstairs has big pool New and great design and friendly organised team

If I could give Coocono Villas 11/10, I would. Having stayed in a number of boutique villas across the Cyclades over the years, I can confidently say that the level of service, attention to detail, and comfort provided by Coocono Villas surpasses them all. From the thoughtful welcome gifts of local food and drinks on arrival, which helped us immediately settle into our surroundings, to the impeccable daily housekeeping service, every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Fresh linen was regularly changed, clean towels were provided daily for both the pool and beach, and the team was always on hand to assist with practical arrangements such as transfers to and from the harbour. The villa itself is beautiful, featuring a stunning pool area where we spent many relaxing hours while enjoying the wonderful views over Agios Fokas. The location is ideal, just a 20 minute walk to Agios Fokas Beach and around 10 minutes to the charming old town. We spent a truly memorable week here with our family, and it was one of the best villa experiences we have had in the Cyclades. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Coocono Villas to anyone visiting Tinos.
