More expensive than advertised, but nice place
The apartment is actually pretty nice, two floors with the bedrooms upstairs, a smart TV downstair, enough space for parking, the balcony is really sunny and nice for relaxing. There was a coffee filter machine and filters, so that was quite nice and otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed.
Beware of the cheap price!! The host booked 50€ on top of the price !!Approx price on website was €514 and they booked €564,27. Totally unacceptable. Even if you account for currency exchange fluctuation of 1-2%, they charged 10% more, it seems this is normal procedure as I can read that it happened to others here too. The WIFI only works downstairs, so if you want to do any work upstairs - think again. Also bad on the balcony. Communication with host was absolute disaster. Specific questions about the payment were not answered by the host, simply ignored. I also had a question regarding one of the 3 or more codes that were sent to us, which was also initially only answered with a standard response sending all the codes and numbers again - not at all personal or actually responding to the question. However, they did reply about the code the following evening - after which it was too late and had been resolved anyway. Still, it's obvious that these apartment are simply a commercial investment and there's something dodgy going on with the price.

Schöne Wohnung, mit allem ausser einem Ofen ausgestattet. Die Terrasse haben wir nicht benutzt, zu kalt. Man war schnell am Wasser zu Fuß. In der Nähe gibt es eine schöne Möglichkeit für Bowling, Billard und andere Spiele zu spielen. (1944 Flugzeughanger).
Das man den Parkplatz nicht nutzen konnte. (Da die Straße noch nicht fertig war.)

Sehr schöner, ruhiger Familienurlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir haben fast jeden Tag Rehe vom Schlafzimmerfenster gesehen, das fanden die Kids sehr toll. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar ein Heizer, wenn es doch sehr kalt draußen ist.
Ein Backofen, Geschirrspüler wäre noch super. Aber kein Muss.
