Amazing clean property, would recommend!

A fab 9 day stay at Harmony 4l, the villa is stunning and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bonus of being able to access Netflix, prime etc on the tv is a nice touch! The cleaners did a great job when they came round. A very quiet area, with an amazing cafe round the corner called sekura and the supermarket nearby is fantastic. The location is slightly out of the way but you can get to the old town in under 10 mins and Ubers are great!

Whilst the pool is lovely, the lining has a slight green tinge to it which makes it look dirty in certain lighting & you have to be careful leaving food in the kitchen as it seems to attract insects.

The location was great, all the amenities are wonderful. It is a clean house. The kitchen has a lot of utensils so no problem for that. It has 3 bathrooms dedicated for each room which was really wonderful. The TV is huge so you can watch movies when tired. The pool is awesome with lukewarm water so I would not say that it is a heated pool but we were a bit unfortunate with the weather as it was too cold during our visit.

Just make a note that the provides limited soaps, toilet paper so for a long term stay you need to buy these things yourself. Wine opener was missing in the Kitchen equipment so we have now added it to their set. ;) Dishwasher tablets, soap for washing clothes, dustbin bags etc. were also not provided and we had to buy it. It might be mentioned in the booking details but we were surprised that they did not have these kind of basic amenities at such a wonderful and lovely house.

Good large open plan accommodation.

The heated pool was not working and we were not told of this until we messaged on arrival asking how to heat it. I understand that these things happen but in their terms and conditions you say how you 'reserve the right to change the rented apartment to one with similar or better characteristics in case of defects that occur suddenly after the booking date' So my question is - why were we not moved to the empty accommodation next door which clearly had a working heated pool. The main reason we booked with you was for a heated pool, in Portugal, in February! Air conditioning did not work properly and when one of us had a shower the rest of us could not shower as there was no hot water for ages, which in a villa that catered for 5 people is bad. There was a constant Sulphur smell in the main bedroom with the window bathroom The only thing that was resolved quickly was the fact that wine glasses were delivered straight away, but again, on our holiday we had to waste time messaging and asking for them. I do not leave reviews like this easily. I contacted the accommodation providers directly to discuss this, I was told it would get passed on to the manager and someone would get back to me. Nothing, I followed up twice more and still nothing, so after 6 weeks I am forced to leave a bad review.
